Terms and Conditions

Please read this document carefully. The terms and conditions below apply to all participants across all of our programs and training sessions. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions set out below.

Definitions

“ELEV8, ELEV8 Football Academy, we, us, our” refers to ELEV8 Football Academy, its programs and who you are entering an agreement with.
“Participant” refers to any individual(s) enrolled in any program and/or session offered by ELEV8 Football Academy.
“Parent” refers to any parent or legal guardian who is responsible for the payment of fees and adhering to the terms and conditions.
“Program” refers to any training session, clinic or event organised by ELEV8 Football Academy.
“Fee” refers to the cost associated with enrolling in one of our programs.
“Venue” refers to the location of the session.
“Refund” refers to the return of fees paid, subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions
“Terms” refers to the Terms and Conditions that are set out in this agreement for which you are entering into with ELEV8 Football Academy

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted by the parent upon payment of the program by or on behalf of the parent.
No variation or addition to the terms shall be binding unless agreed upon in writing by ELEV8 Football Academy and the parent.

Enrolment and Registration

All parents must complete the registration form and submit any required information and/or documents before participants attend any programs.
Late registrations may be accepted at the discretion of ELEV8 Football Academy, subject to availability.
Any changes to the participants registration details (e.g. contact information, medical conditions) must be communicated to ELEV8 Football Academy immediately.
If a program is fully booked, participants may request to be placed onto a waitlist.
Participants on the waitlist will be notified if a spot becomes available and will have limited time to confirm their enrolment and make any necessary payments.

Eligibility

ELEV8 Football Academy welcomes players of all abilities and gender, who are aged from 5 to 15 years old. If you would like to book a session for players who are outside of this age range, please contact us at admin@elev8footballacademy.com. Acceptance onto our sessions will be at our discretion.
We may make changes to the age criteria of our programs. The most up to date information will always be found on our website under the program details with the description of each individual program. We reserve the right to make changes at any time.

Fees and Payment

The parent shall pay the program fee to ELEV8 Football Academy prior to the player attending the program.
If at any time sessions are cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, ELEV8 Football Academy will offer a make-up session where circumstances allow this.
In the instance where ELEV8 Football Academy is unable to offer a make-up session, a credit will be offered equal to the value of any cancelled sessions to be used for future programs.

Cancellations

Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the commencement of a program. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the start date.

Refund & Absence Policy

Due to small group sizes and limited places, we do not offer a refund or credit for absences.
Participants who anticipate prolonged absences (e.g. due to illness or injury) must inform ELEV8 promptly. Depending on the circumstances, ELEV8 may offer a partial credit or refund.

Discipline and Inappropriate Behaviour

At ELEV8 Football Academy, we promote respectful behaviour towards everyone around us. All participants and spectators are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards other participants, spectators and coaches. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and ELEV8 coaches and staff reserve the right to request that the participant or person in question may sit out of the session for a period of time, be asked to leave the particular session or for the entirety of the program. Unacceptable behaviour may include but is not limited to, disruptive behaviour, damage to property, verbal or physical abuse or aggression. If a participant is excluded for these reasons, ELEV8 is not obligated to provide a refund or credit for missed sessions.

Arrival and Departure

All participants are required to arrive dressed in weather appropriate clothing, with shin pads and football boots, a water bottle and wearing sunscreen if required.
It is expected that participants arrive on time for the program to ensure we can start in a timely manner and also they can complete an appropriate warm up exercise at the beginning of the session.
Please ensure you arrive on time to pick up the participant from our programs.

Damages, Injuries and Loss of Possessions

Spectators, parents and participants are responsible for their personal belongings. ELEV8 Football Academy will not be held responsible for any damages, loss of possessions or injuries. In the event that you do have a missing item, please email us at admin@elev8footballacademy.com to see if we can help you locate it.
All participants agree to enter all ELEV8 programs at their own risk. ELEV8 are not liable for any incident or injury or medical condition that may occur during an ELEV8 program.

Photography and Videography

We take photographs and videos of participants during our programs for our social media and website. During the booking process, there is a tick box to give permission for photography and videography. Please ensure you specify whether or not you are happy for photos and videography to be taken during the booking process.
We request that spectators do not take any personal photos and/or videos to ensure the safety of all vulnerable participants. If any spectators have a concern with this, they can speak with the coach or email us at admin@elev8footballacademy.com.
